URGENT HIRING: Tender Executive ( READ JOB DESCRIPTION) Location: Plot No. 4, Furniture Block, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015 Industry: Furniture Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience and skills) Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze government tenders relevant to the furniture industry. Prepare and manage complete tender documentation and submission process. Ensure timely and accurate filling/uploading of government tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, accounts, production) to gather required documents and pricing. Track tender status, results, and maintain proper records and reports. Review and ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions. Communicate with government departments or agencies if clarification is needed. Preferred Experience & Skills:Prior experience in government tender filling is a must. Furniture industry experience will be given preference. Proficient in handling GeM portal, CPP Portal, and other online tender systems. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and document preparation. Attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
