Candidates with experience in public procurement and GeM portal (seller side). Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

GeM Portal (Seller Side Preferred)

• Managing catalog uploads, bid participation, vendor assessment, and documentation
• OEM mapping, policy understanding, and portal issue resolution
• Knowledge of OEM authorization and vendor onboarding

Tendering & Bid Management

• Identifying and submitting tenders on GeM, IREPS, CPP, eProcure, etc.
• Preparing and tracking competitive bids across portals

Documentation & Compliance

• Creating complete and compliant documents: declarations, certifications, annexures
• Understanding of submission protocols and client requirements

Tech Skills

• MS Excel (costing), Word (docs), and PowerPoint (presentations)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years in tendering, including 1+ year on GeM (seller perspective)
• Background in public procurement preferred
• Graduate in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a consulting or procurement-focused startup is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
