Job description
Aerol Formulations is a leading manufacturer of Chemicals & Aerosols, since 1989. We have our head office in New Delhi & factory in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. We are ISO 9001 & 45001 certified. We require " Tender Executive"
· Well versed in IRPES Portal, GEM Portal, CPPP Portals
· Timely preparation of tender documents and Tender submission
· Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checks the eligibility criteria
· Maintaining organized records of tender documents, communications, and submissions
· Track and manage tender timelines ensuring timely submission
· Maintain records of all tender activities and communication Gem portal & IRPS
· Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
· Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
· Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
· Coordination with field sales team and customers
· Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
· Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Positive Attitude
· Ability to adapt new thing quickly
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000.00 per month
