Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience - Min 1–2 years of experience in tendering/bidding in the solar or renewable energy sector. Experience with both government and private sector tenders.

Salary - Upto 30k

Job Summary:

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders and proposals for solar projects, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements. This role demands strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders (government, private, EPC, etc.) in the solar energy sector.

Analyze tender documents and assess feasibility and risk.

Prepare complete bid documentation including technical and commercial proposals.

Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, finance, etc.) for timely submission of tender documents.

Follow up on submitted tenders and participate in pre-bid meetings, if required.

Maintain a database of all tenders, proposals, and related correspondence.

Ensure all documentation is compliant with tender requirements and standards.

Support in contract negotiation and documentation post tender award.

Keep abreast of industry developments, policies, and competitors' activities.

SKILLS

Good understanding of the solar industry, including rooftop, ground-mounted, and utility-scale projects.

Familiarity with government portals like GEM, NTPC, SECI, state DISCOMs, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
