We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tender processes, with a strong understanding of GEM Portal operations. 📌 Job Summary: The Tender Executive will be responsible for handling the end-to-end tender process including documentation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance with company standards. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Manage and prepare tender documentation for government & institutional clients. Handle GEM Portal operations including bid submissions, quotations, and compliance. Maintain and update tender trackers, deadlines, and records. Coordinate with internal teams for necessary documentation. Monitor tender opportunities and ensure timely submission.
