Stores Management: a) Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate tracking of stock levels of MOQ of stocks & Finished Goods In Process test requisition form b) Maintain and update Inward, Outwards, GRN, Stock records and reports, ensuring timely replenishment of goods. c) Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. d) Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of inventory e) Ensure proper storage conditions and manage stock movements to avoid losses and damages. f) Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized inventory system. Accounts Management a). Process purchase invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately. b). Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals c). Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable reports. d). Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. e).. Monitor and manage petty cash, Utility payments, Payroll and ensure accurate expense reporting. f). Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards. g). Coordinate with the Excise Dept on regular basis for Documentation, Allotment , testing and lifting of required chemicals. h). Coordinate with the Drug Control Department for Documentations of New product permissions, all the required matters pretraining to Manufacturing and Licences
