Tender Executive (Work from Home)   Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Home) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience on GeM Portal Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream (BBA, B. Com, or any relevant field)     Job Description: We are seeking a Tender Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) and be capable of managing the tender process efficiently from start to finish.   Candidates with basic knowledge of GeM bidding are also welcome to apply, as basic training and guidance will be provided by the company.   Requirements: ·        Minimum 1 year of experience in GeM Portal tender handling (preferred). ·        Basic understanding of GeM bidding processes. ·        Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. ·        Good command of English (reading, writing, and understanding). ·        Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.  Should be self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely. Must have own laptop and good internet connection.   Key Responsibilities: Search and track relevant tenders on a daily basis. Participate in GeM tenders (Manpower Outsourcing / Vehicle Hiring / Transportation). Prepare and submit tender documents as per requirements. Maintain proper records of all tenders participated. Report daily tender activities to management.   Work Schedule:   Work From Home Position. 2 Sundays off per month. Local and national holidays applicable.   Salary & Benefits: Salary will be revised after 4 months, based on performance.
