Job Description

Position: Senior Tender Executive
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Company: Ivtex Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and manage relevant tenders (govt/private) in IT, AI, Analytics, and Cybersecurity domains.
Prepare technical and commercial bids in compliance with tender requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and project inputs.
Handle online tender submissions via GeM, CPP, and state portals.
Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to client queries, and ensure timely submission.
Maintain tender records and assist in reporting and documentation.
Support contract negotiation and smooth project handover post-award.

Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of e-Tendering processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, GeM, CPPP, and government tender portals.
Good knowledge of technical/commercial bid structuring.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Basic understanding of IT solutions, data analytics, and emerging tech.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
