Tender Executive

Position: Senior Tender Executive
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and manage relevant tenders (govt/private) in IT, AI, Analytics, and Cybersecurity domains.
• Prepare technical and commercial bids in compliance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and project inputs.
• Handle online tender submissions via GeM, CPP, and state portals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to client queries, and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain tender records and assist in reporting and documentation.
• Support contract negotiation and smooth project handover post-award.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of e-Tendering processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, GeM, CPPP, and government tender portals.
• Good knowledge of technical/commercial bid structuring.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of IT solutions, data analytics, and emerging tech.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
