• Identify and track new tenders from government and semi-government portals (GeM, eProc, CPWD, PWD, MES, RITES, NBCC, NMDC, AAI, etc.).• Prepare and compile bids in line with tender requirements and company policies
1. Tender Analysis & Study Review, analyse, and understand tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and conditions of contract. Identify technical, commercial, and contractual requirements for government tenders (MES, NBCC, PWD, CPWD, Air Force, AAI, etc.). 2. Costing & Estimation Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, finishing, external development, and related works. Prepare rate analysis as per DSR, SSR, MES Schedule , and other government-standard norms. Evaluate material, labor, machinery, subcontractor inputs, and project overhead costs. Compile complete cost summaries and pricing sheets for final submission. 3. BOQ Preparation & Verification Cross-check tender BOQs with drawings and specifications. Identify discrepancies, missing items, and quantity variations. Prepare comparative statements and ensure accurate quantity take-offs. 4. Technical Support & Follow-Up Work closely with the tendering, project, and planning teams for clarification and support. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordination with client/consultants. Strong knowledge of DSR/SSR/MES Schedule , rate analysis, and government tender procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office , and estimation softwares. Excellent analytical and numerical skills for accurate costing. Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction methodologies. Ability to manage multiple tenders within deadlines.
