Tender Executive – GeM & e-Procurement

Experience: 3 to 5 YearsIndustry Preference: Electronics Security / Surveillance / Defence / ICT SystemsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Tender Executive with strong exposure to GeM and Government e-Procurement portals. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end tender management for electronics security equipment and allied systems, including preparation of technical and commercial documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete tender lifecycle on GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, and other government platformsIdentify and evaluate relevant tenders in electronics security, surveillance, access control, UAV/CUAV, and allied domainsPrepare and submit technical bids, ensuring full compliance with tender specifications and eligibility criteriaInterpret and validate technical specifications of electronics security equipment such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, anti-drone systems, networking and communication devicesCoordinate with OEMs for technical datasheets, MAFs, compliance statements, and certificationsPrepare BOQs, price bids, and comparative statements in coordination with internal teamsHandle bid clarifications, pre-bid queries, corrigendum tracking, and post-bid correspondenceEnsure adherence to tender timelines, documentation accuracy, and statutory complianceMaintain proper records of submitted bids, tender status, and outcomesMandatory Requirements3 to 5 years of proven experience in GeM and government e-procurement portalsDemonstrated success in submitting and managing tenders in electronics security or similar technical categoriesStrong understanding of technical specifications of electronics and security systemsSound knowledge of tender documents, eligibility criteria, and compliance formatsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation, and online portal operationsPreferred SkillsExperience with defence, police, paramilitary, or PSU tendersFamiliarity with MSME, MII, OEM authorizations, and statutory declarationsStrong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently in a deadline-driven environmentLocation & Work ModeBase Location: DehradunCandidate must be available for full-time, on-site role/ hybrid
