Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand Experience: 3 to 5 Years Industry Preference: Electronics Security / Surveillance / Defence / ICT Systems Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive with strong exposure to GeM and Government e-Procurement portals. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end tender management for electronics security equipment and allied systems, including preparation of technical and commercial documentation. Key Responsibilities Manage complete tender lifecycle on GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, and other government platforms Identify and evaluate relevant tenders in electronics security, surveillance, access control, UAV/CUAV, and allied domains Prepare and submit technical bids, ensuring full compliance with tender specifications and eligibility criteria Interpret and validate technical specifications of electronics security equipment such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, anti-drone systems, networking and communication devices Coordinate with OEMs for technical datasheets, MAFs, compliance statements, and certifications Prepare BOQs, price bids, and comparative statements in coordination with internal teams Handle bid clarifications, pre-bid queries, corrigendum tracking, and post-bid correspondence Ensure adherence to tender timelines, documentation accuracy, and statutory compliance Maintain proper records of submitted bids, tender status, and outcomes Mandatory Requirements 3 to 5 years of proven experience in GeM and government e-procurement portals Demonstrated success in submitting and managing tenders in electronics security or similar technical categories Strong understanding of technical specifications of electronics and security systems Sound knowledge of tender documents, eligibility criteria, and compliance formats Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation, and online portal operations Preferred Skills Experience with defence, police, paramilitary, or PSU tenders Familiarity with MSME, MII, OEM authorizations, and statutory declarations Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment Location & Work Mode Base Location: Dehradun Candidate must be available for full-time, on-site role/ hybrid
