Tender Executive

• Must have experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal.
• Should be able to update product/service catalogue in GEM portal.
• Deletion or Updating of New product /Specification/prices.
• Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals.
• Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid.
• Attending Post Bid / Pre-award discussions and preparation of MOM (minutes of the meeting)
• Verification/study of LOA / LOI / Detailed order in line with specifications and check for deviations, if any.
• Submission of order acceptance along with deviations, if any
• Arranging / Submission of Performance BG / Advance BG for the project
• Executing / Signing of Contract Agreements
• Contract book binding and distribution of copies to HO / Site / Client.
• In case of unsuccessful bidder, applying for refund of EMD BG / EMD DD.
• Tracking of EMD refund payment by making constant follow-up including personal visits to customers office.
• Post Order help to HO teams / Clients for various queries, amendments, etc.
• Candidate must be able to counter & solve GEM queries of clients.
• Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.
• Coordination with all OEMs on organisation behalf
• Discuss with the management team to decide upon the opportunities.
• Handle MIS reporting documentation on daily basis.
• Issuing of authorization and product approval to partners.
• Update Project Execution on a daily basis & Report to a HOD.
• Submission of proposals in a professional manner and to agreed timeframesRequisites:
• Good working knowledge on GEM Portal, E-tender & Other Government, Semi Government & PSUs tender Portals .
• He should have good Computer & internet Knowledge
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with good communication skills
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills, personality, and passion to perform in Marketing and sales function.
• Minimum 2 -5 Years Experience Required
• Graduation required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,230.41 - ₹32,277.64 per month
