Sales Executive - India Mart

• Monitor and respond to all inquiries and leads generated through our IndiaMART profile in a timely manner.
• Effectively qualify leads to identify genuine business opportunities.
• Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow-ups.
• Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and the IndiaMART chat feature to understand their requirements.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Regularly update our product catalog on IndiaMART, including new products, pricing, and high-quality images.
• Ensure our profile is complete, professional, and optimized for maximum visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics on the IndiaMART dashboard and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities on IndiaMART.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively address customer queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,113.89 - ₹34,268.73 per month
