Tender Executive

Job Title: Tender Executive (Offline & Online Tenders, GeM Bids, Quotations) Location: C- 181, Sector 63 Rd, C Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 Company: A&S Creations Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) Job Overview: A&S Creations is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage and coordinate all aspects of Government and Private Tenders, GeM Bidding, and Quotations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Key Responsibilities: Research and monitor relevant Government and Private Tenders (Offline & Online), including from portals like CPPP, Eprocure, State Portals, and GeM. Prepare documentation for GeM bids , including uploading product details, catalog management, and pricing. Draft and submit competitive quotations and proposals as per client/tender specifications. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Purchase) for documentation, product specifications, pricing, etc. Ensure timely submission of all tenders, EOIs, RFPs, and bids. Maintain proper filing of all tender-related documents. Attend pre-bid meetings (online/offline) as required. Follow-up and track submitted tenders and quotations until final outcome. Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and tender conditions. Handle tender documentation including EMDs, affidavits, declarations, certificates, etc. Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor pricing strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree (B.Com/BBA/B.Tech or equivalent). MBA is a plus. Basic knowledge of GeM Portal, CPPP , and e-Tender portals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills.
