Job Description: - Role & responsibilities

* Uploading New Product/Catalogue on Gem Portal.

* Creating L1 Comparison for Direct Purchasing.

* Finding suitable Bids on Gem & E- Tender Portal.

* Participating in Bids

* Prepare Documents for E-Tendering & Gem Portal.

* Studying Tender Documents, Qualification Criteria & the Scope of work.

* Floating RFQ to various Vendors/Contractors, collecting Quotations.

* Prepare Technical & Financial Bids in Assistance with seniors.

* To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents concerning tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications

* Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-tendering on portals

* Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders

* Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order

* Prepare All Tender Documents in the specific formats related to the Bid and submit the documents within stipulated time limits.

* Prepare the submitted Bid list and update the Qualified and disqualified

* Prepare EMD Details.

* Expertise in Gem & e-procurement portals.

Qualification –

* Any Graduate Degree

* MS Office, Advanced Excel, MIS, CRM

* Open for Travel

* Hands-on Experience in Data Manipulation, Analytics, Statistics etc.

Good command of the English language & Communication
