*Job Title: Tender Executive* **Company:** Mechatron System Pvt Ltd **Location:** Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat *Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Tender Executive** to join our team at Mechatron System Pvt Ltd. The applicant will be responsible for managing the tendering process from identification of opportunities to final submission. This role requires excellent coordination, documentation skills and an understanding of technical as well as financial aspects of tendering in the industrial automation / control systems domain. *Key Responsibilities:* * Monitor tender portals, government notifications, and GeM / e‑procurement portals to identify relevant tender opportunities * Analyze tender documents to understand scope, eligibility, technical requirements, and financial constraints * Prepare cost‑estimates, technical proposals and commercial bids in line with tender requirements * Ensure all annexures, registrations, documents, certificates etc. are in order before submission * Upload and submit bids online / offline as required, including managing deadlines and follow‑ups * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, production) to gather necessary inputs * Maintain a database of past tenders, submissions, and outcomes for reference and improvement * Actively follow up on submitted tenders, respond to clarifications if needed * Support continuous improvements in tendering processes, formats, templates Required Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration or relevant field * Experience: 6 Month‑ 2 years in tendering / bid preparation (preferably in manufacturing / automation / controls systems) * Good understanding of GeM / government procurement rules and tender documentation * Strong written and verbal communication skills, good command of English and Gujarati / Hindi * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their resume to hr@mechatronsystem.in **, contact us at *6353534356*.
