Job Title: Tender Assistant

Location: Kanjurmarg (Candidates residing nearby will be preferred)

Industry: Textile Manufacturing

Qualification:

• Graduation completed in any stream (mandatory)
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Key Requirements:

• Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet browsing)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good email and business correspondence writing skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Searching and tracking online/offline tenders
• Downloading tender documents and sharing details internally
• Preparing tender documentation as per standard formats
• Coordinating with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs
• Maintaining tender records, documentation, and submission trackers
• Handling email communication with clients and portals
• Assisting in submission of tenders (online & offline)

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of textile/manufacturing industry (optional, training will be provided)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
