Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Support user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
Document support activities and maintain accurate records in the IT ticketing system.
Collaborate with permanent IT staff to ensure continuity and consistency in service delivery.
Assist in IT asset inventory and basic system maintenance tasks.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and security protocols.
If require Travel to sites in India

Preferred candidate profile

Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools.
Exposure to IT ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
