Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Senior SAP BRIM Consultant (L2/L3 Support)

Role Summary:

Mandatory Expertise:

• Must have 8-10 years of experience with

  SAP BRIM

  (Billing Revenue Innovation Management).
• Hands-on work experience in all key modules:

  Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and FI-CA.

• Proven experience in both

  Implementation

  and

  Support

  projects.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of

  SAP BRIM

  is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for complex SAP BRIM and interface/integration issues.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Resolve complex SAP BRIM and interface issues, ensuring minimal disruption to billing processes.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to analyze and resolve integration challenges, safeguarding the integrity of billing/financial data.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge resources.
• Continually identify opportunities for process improvements, optimizing the efficiency and accuracy of billing/financial operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates and proactively addressing concerns.

Functional Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of

  Logistic Process

  is essential.
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks under pressure.
• Advanced spoken and written

  English

  is required for cross-region collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

• Functional/Technical Blend:

  A candidate with a strong technical background who can also drive functional requirements, especially concerning

  interfaces and custom developments (ABAP)

  within the BRIM landscape.

• Domain Focus:

  Deep, demonstrable experience in

  BRIM integration within a Logistics or Supply Chain

  environment (e.g., freight order management, usage rating).

• System Monitoring:

  Experience with

  SAP monitoring tools

  (e.g., Solution Manager, Splunk) for proactive identification of billing and interface failures.

• Certifications:

  SAP Certified Application Associate in specific BRIM modules (e.g., SAP CC, SAP CI).

• Cloud Knowledge:

  Familiarity with the

  BRIM roadmap

  in the context of S/4HANA and cloud migration strategies.
