Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote brokerage products and services.
  • Explain trading, investment, and account-related information clearly to clients.
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into active clients.
  • Assist clients with account opening, KYC process, and basic trading queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as a Telecaller in a brokerage firm is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of stock market, trading, and financial products.
  • Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.
  • Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Excel and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in equity, derivatives, mutual funds, or commodity trading.
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,781.70 - ₹20,739.24 per month
