Job Description:

Pitambra Film & Production is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls related to our film, production, casting, and promotional services. The role involves communicating with artists, clients, vendors, and potential collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to artists, actors, models, clients, and business leads
• Explain company services such as film production, casting calls, promotions, and events
• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information
• Follow up with interested candidates and clients
• Maintain call records and update lead databases
• Schedule meetings, auditions, or appointments when required
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the production and casting team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Regional language is a plus)
• Confident and polite phone manner
• Basic knowledge of films, casting, or media industry preferred
• Ability to convince and handle objections
• Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel, WhatsApp)
• Freshers can apply; experience is an added advantage
