• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the dealership's vehicles, promotions, and services.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule Vehicle service, workshop visits, and service consultations for potential customers.
• Inbound Handling:Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to vehicle service. and booking.
• Customer Relationship Management:Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers through proactive follow-up and personalized communication.
• Service Support:Assist the service team by providing leads, scheduling appointments, and following up on service opportunities.
• Database Management:Accurately record and update customer information in the dealership's HiRISE system.
• Vehicle Service Target Achievement:Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly service targets and lead generation quotas.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the dealership's vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotional offers. etc...
• Complaint Resolution:Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolving them effectively.
• Reporting:Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and reporting on performance and progress.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
