CloudMellow is a growing digital marketing and technology solutions company serving global clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller for Marketing to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reaching out to prospects, generating leads, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over calls.
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales/marketing team.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align calling efforts with campaigns.
• Provide feedback from clients to help improve services and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (marketing/IT industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (as applicable).
• Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Telemarketing: 4 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
