Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage a team of telesales representatives.

You will be responsible for supervising telesales team activities, driving performance, providing training and guidance, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity on a daily basis.

Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

Develop and implement strategies to improve telesales performance.

Prepare and present sales reports and KPIs to senior management.

Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage.

Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions.

Work closely with the training and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a telesales team leader .

Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

.Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.Good understanding of CRM systems .

Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B Sales.Knowledge of sales techniques and call scripting.

Shift Timings:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days a week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
