Telesales Specialist

As a Sales Executive at the company, your role will involve engaging potential customers through outbound tele-calling to sell back-office outsourcing solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers. - Engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their business needs. - Presenting and explaining the benefits of the company's back-office outsourcing solutions. In addition to tele-calling, you will deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each prospect, propose customized solutions, and follow up on leads to maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling objections professionally, and achieving sales targets are also key aspects of your role. Key Qualifications: - Proven experience in tele-calling sales, preferably in selling B2B solutions. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. - Experience in selling outsourcing solutions or related services is a plus. - Experience of working in US Voice process is critical. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences. - Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.
