Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Belgaum. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The specialist will handle customer support tasks, keep records of calls and sales, and work closely with the sales team to meet targets and goals. This role involves consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and requires the individual to stay updated with product knowledge and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales skills and the ability to close deals
• Experience in Training is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
