Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Specialist in New Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our digital marketing solutions, and closing sales. Additionally, day-to-day tasks include following up with leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role at our New Delhi office.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Excellent Communication skills
Sales skills and ability to close deals
Capability to provide Training and product knowledge to clients
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
