Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records of conversations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with team members, meeting sales targets, and continuously improving sales techniques through training and feedback.

• Experience in training and upskilling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
