Role Overview: As a Telesales Specialist, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential buyers over the phone, understand their property requirements, and facilitate meetings with our sales team. This role demands excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and the knack for effectively qualifying leads. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. - Identify and comprehend customer needs related to property purchases. - Provide information about available projects and recommend suitable options. - Schedule and manage in-person meetings or site visits for interested customers. - Maintain precise records of all communications and updates using CRM software. - Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure a seamless property search process. Qualification Required: - Graduation degree with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred (background in real estate is a plus). - Proficient in active listening, needs identification, and client relationship building. - Well-organized, goal-driven, and proficient in using CRM systems or calling tools.,
