Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Surat. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our courses, and converting leads into enrollments. The role involves maintaining customer databases, following up with leads, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will collaborate with the training team to understand course offerings and convey benefits accurately to potential students.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales experience and proven sales acumen
• Ability to collaborate with the training team and understand course details
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
