As a Telesales Specialist at SPC Healthcare based in Ludhiana, your primary responsibility will involve contacting potential customers to promote and sell our products. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers throughout the sales process, and provide product information and benefits. Your daily tasks will include making outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and educating customers on product usage.
