Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Chennai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about properties, understanding customer needs, and scheduling site visits. The role includes maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will also handle inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with other team members to close sales.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and databases
