Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, conducting sales calls, managing customer relations, and participating in training sessions. The successful candidate will be proficient in communicating effectively and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support and Sales

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
