Key Responsibilities :

• Make

  high-volume outbound cold calls

  to

  prospective customers

• Deliver

  clear, persuasive sales pitches

  over the phone
• Identify

  customer needs

  and offer

  appropriate solutions

• Handle

  objections confidently

  and

  close sales

• Maintain

  accurate call, lead, and sales records

  in

  CRM systems

• Perform

  regular follow-ups

  to convert leads into customers
• Achieve and exceed

  daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with

  sales and marketing teams

  to improve

  conversion rates

Required Skills & Background :

• Proven experience in

  aggressive cold calling

  and

  outbound telesales

• Excellent

  verbal communication

  and

  persuasion skills

• Ability to handle

  rejection

  and perform under

  pressure

• Strong

  target-driven

  and

  result-oriented mindset

• Effective

  listening, negotiation, and closing skills

• Basic knowledge of

  CRM tools, calling software, and MS Excel

• Ability to work

  independently

  and within a

  team environment

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in

  B2B or B2C telesales

• Exposure to

  high-volume or high-pressure sales environments

• Prior experience in

  call centers or inside sales roles
