Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
