Telesales Representative

We collaborate with a reputed Canadian parent company, a highly reputed organization in the Accounting and Technology space, helping clients across industries with innovative solutions. As part of our expanding team, we are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join us in this exciting journey.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Telesales Representative who is passionate about sales and client interaction. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts through inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, promoting our products/services while generating leads and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with telesales or telemarketing experience, looking to expand their skills in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively pitch tailored solutions.
• Provide accurate product/service information and address customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, objections, and providing relevant information.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on product/service knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 0-1 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and close sales effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Ability to learn quickly about IT products/services.
• Work Hours: Ability to work in the specified time zone of 6:00 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian business hours).
• Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work Timings and Location:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian business hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,180.81 - ₹29,210.24 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
