Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, based in Indore. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote loan products or services. This includes answering customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining customer records, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Tele sales experiance in loan division must be preffered
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
