Telesales Representative

As a Telecalling Executive at our stockbroking firm, your role involves generating leads, pitching products, and building relationships with clients over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation: Generating leads and identifying potential clients through outbound calls. - Product Pitching: Pitching products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features. - Client Acquisition: Converting leads into clients by building relationships and providing excellent customer service. - Data Management: Updating client information and lead status in the CRM system. - Sales Targets: Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business. - Client Servicing: Responding to client queries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, telemarketing, or a related field with multilingual ability. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities. - Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of stock market products and services (training will be provided for freshers). - Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
