Customer Inquiry & Sales Executive (Telesales Representative)

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to inquiries generated through Instagram ads
• Maintain detailed inquiry status updates and track progress
• Report daily activities and performance every evening
• Contribute to conversions and earn incentives based on closures

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain records
• Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers can also apply)

Salary & Incentives

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives (discussed during interview)
