The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales deals. This role also involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Representative may also participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Customer Support and Sales Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous
