Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent, located in Surat. The Telesales Agent will engage with potential and existing clients to promote our debt recovery services. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing exceptional customer support, and closing sales. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and Customer Support
• Ability to deliver effective Training and support to clients
• Excellent persuasive abilities and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role is beneficial
