Job Description

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and effective communication. Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly. Use prior BPO telesales experience to engage customers and promote suitable products or services. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups. Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to call quality and customer satisfaction. Ensure all interactions comply with company guidelines and quality standards. Explain product features, offers, and solutions clearly to customers. Collaborate with team leaders and training teams to enhance performance. Identify customer needs and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments. Graduation is mandatory for this role.
