Our services include end-to-end health, fitness, and wellness solutions for corporates, personal training at home, gym setup and management, spa setup and management, spa training academy, and supplementation & home cardio equipment. We focus on delivering comprehensive and high-quality services tailored to meet our clients needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Mumbai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining and promoting V-Fit Fitness & Wellness solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making cold calls, providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Customer Support and Sales
Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for customers
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
