Join Bijliride as a Sales Representative, where you will combine sales expertise with exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This role involves onboarding new customers, promoting Bijliride’s offerings, and resolving queries, both online and in person, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Experience : 2 years of experience in sales , with expertise in voice, and in-person interactions. Skills: Strong sales acumen combined with excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in phone handling techniques and active listening. Familiarity with CRM tools and a results-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
