Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in New Delhi. The Telesales Representative will engage with prospective clients to provide information about the clinic's services and book appointments. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up with leads, addressing inquiries, guiding clients with a focus on excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with potential clients over the phone.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide a satisfying client experience and build lasting relationships.
• Proven Sales expertise and ability to achieve or exceed sales targets, including persuasive skills to convert leads into clients.
• Training skills to stay updated on the clinic’s services, policies, and new developments, and if needed, guide others.
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and readiness to adapt to ongoing learning in the healthcare and wellness industry.
• Educational background in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
