About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead & manage a team of 12 tele callers to achieve sales targets.
  2. Drive upsell campaigns for health insurance products to existing donors.
  3. Manage dialer setups, lead allocation, data churn, and CRM updates.
  4. Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  5. Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  6. Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI and company sales guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Mandatory:

    710 years in health insurance telesales, with min. 3 years as Team Leader.
  2. Proven sales performance in health insurance domain.
  3. Strong knowledge of dialer operations, CRM tools, and Excel-based MIS.
  4. Excellent team management, communication, and motivation skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data and improve sales conversion rates.
