Role Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, providing customer support, and closing sales deals. You will need to effectively communicate product knowledge, address customer inquiries, and maintain records of sales activities. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proven abilities in Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth
• Experience in Customer Support to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales and communication tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
