Telesales Executives

As a Customer Relationship Executive Outbound Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales/insurance policy renewal targets for Motor, Life, and Health Insurance products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Selling Insurance products with a strong pitch and convincing ability. - Utilizing strong communication skills in Hindi or English, both verbal and non-verbal. - Demonstrating leadership qualities and self-motivation. - Preference for candidates with an Insurance background or experience in selling hard-to-sell products. The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate fresher with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Telesales or Outbound process. However, we are open to considering freshers who possess the potential, ability, and willingness to excel in sales.
