Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Executive Outbound Sales (Voice Process)

Candidates would be required to achieve sales/insurance policy renewal targets(Motor, Life and Health Insurance).

To sell Insurance products.

Ability to convince, sell, strong pitch is a must.

Skills Required

Strong communication skills in Hindi or English - Verbal & Non-Verbal

Leadership

Self Motivated

Insurance background is a preferable or someone who is good at hard to sell products.

Salary

(as per industry standards) + Target Based Incentives

Qualification

Graduate fresher

Experience

Minimum 6 months (Should have successfully worked in a Telesales or Outbound process).

We might consider fresher who has potential/ ability and willingness to sell.
