Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, generating leads, providing customer support, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, following up on leads, updating customer records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Proficiency in Customer Support
• Excellent telephonic etiquette and persuasion skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous
